IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television - it's a method of watching TV, movies and series through your internet connection instead of a cable box or satellite dish.

How it Works:  You install our application on a compatible device or TV (such as Google TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, iPhone, Smart TV etc.), sign in using the credentials you receive after purchase, and start watching immediately.  Your app loads the channel lists, categories, and TV guide (EPG) automatically.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

You can install our service on as many devices as you like, but you will require a different set of software credentials for the other devices.

The key rule is: 
One connection = one active stream at a time.  If you want to watch your TV simultaneously (eg., living room and bedroom), you need a plan with multiple connections.  It's easy to add a connection to your subscription. We offer discounted rates for multiple connections.

We currently don't offer free trials at this time, but may in certain circumstances.  We try and focus our attention and resources on keeping our servers fast and providing our paying customers with top notch service.

However, you can earn free months by referring anyone to our service who subscribes with our Loyalty Referral Program. There are no limits. Refer 10 people, receive 10 months. It's that simple.

No, everything is handled remotely. However, our team is always available via email, phone, chat, and can even do video calls if you require assistance.  Email is recommended for fastest response.

How secure is VixeoTV? Do I need a VPN?

VixeoTV is completely safe to use. A VPN is not required for most of our North American users, but it can help in specific cases.

When a VPN can help:
Privacy: some users prefer encrypting their traffic
Travel: If you're outside Canada and want more stable routing
ISP Routing Issues: A VPN can sometimes bypass a bad network route and improve stability.

When a VPN can hurt: A low-quality VPN can reduce speed and increase buffering - especially on 4K streams.

Yes, if you have installed VixeoTV on a device such as a GoogleTV streamer or Firestick, you can take anywhere there is an internet connection!

Note: requires a minimum of 25Mbps download speed for ideal quality and reliable streaming.

Yes EPG (Electronic Programming Guide) is included for most channels so you can browse schedules and see what's playing now and in the future.  Not all channels will have data, but most do.
