REFUND POLICY

If a Customer launches a formal payment dispute with their creditor or financial institution before contacting Vixeo TV, your subscription will be permanently suspended and no refund will be provided.

 

We strive to offer the best products and services to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have any issues please review our FAQs and User Guide prior to contacting us at contact@vixeotv.com

1. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and accept our Refund Policy. Once you have purchased any products or services from Vixeo TV, we do not provide refunds for any partial or full subscription terms, nor do we provide refunds for any unused periods within your subscription term. Your access to the Vixeo TV service will continue until the end of your current subscription term, at which point you may choose to renew or discontinue your subscription..

Please do understand and accept that we cannot issue refunds due to:

  • The Customer is not satisfied with the content selection;

  • The Customer’s personal preferences;

  • The Customer is unable to set up their own system by following our User Guide(s);

  • Freezing or buffering or channels not working;

  • The Customer’s internet speed fluctuations/issues;

  • The Customer’s ISP issues;

  • Hardware or software issues;

  • EPG not displaying descriptions;

  • The Customer has changed their mind;

 

2.  In the event of a billing dispute or dissatisfaction with the service, you must contact Vixeo TV directly to discuss the issue and seek resolution. Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card provider or financial institution or our payment processor(s) for payments made to Vixeo TV is not permitted, and you will be permanently barred from using our services and no refund will be provided. By using our service, you agree to waive your rights to initiate a chargeback dispute with your creditor or through Vixeo TV’s payment processing services offered on our website.

 

3. If you experience a full server outage and are unable to access your content, please be sure to check your subscription expiration date first.  You will also receive an email from us 3 days before subscription expiry. To avoid any outages, please make payment prior to expiration.

4. If we cannot troubleshoot or solve your technical issues within 48 hours of reporting it to us, we will provide you with a working backup service.

5. Though all of our services offered are stable with little downtime, sometimes issues arise and some channels and content may freeze, buffer or cease to work. However, this is not permanent and please be patient to allow these to come back online.  Our team works tirelessly to fix these issues promptly to satisfy our customers. 

 

6. Vixeo TV reserves the right to review and evaluate extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund or provide an alternative resolution. This will be done at the sole discretion of Vixeo TV and should not be considered a waiver of the No-Refund Policy.

 

7. By using the Vixeo TV service, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.  Please ensure you have read and understand these terms before purchasing a subscription to the Vixeo TV service.
