Introduction: How to Stream Vixeo TV

Welcome! If you've made it this far, please read some of the below information to assist you with getting started. Soon you'll be streaming television on all your devices!

Let's cover a few basics. Below is a list of some of the introductory steps needed to begin streaming here at Vixeo TV. Let's get started!
Step 1 - Prerequisites
You'll need to meet the below prerequisites in order to use our service:
Internet - You'll need internet to stream TV. We recommend a minimum of 25Mbps download speed per connection.
Device - You'll need a device to stream. We recommend the Google TV Streamer 4K or the onn. 4K Pro Streaming devices. These can be plugged directly into your TV. Branded TV's running Google TV will also work. There are many other devices that will work as well, such as Android STB's and MAG boxes. If you don't have a physical TV, you can also stream Vixeo TV on your mobile phone, tablet or computer as well.
Step 2 - Choose Pricing Plan
Next, choose your pricing plan. To choose the best plan for you and/or your family, you'll need to determine:
Connections - How many screens will you want watch at the same time? Our plans include 1-3 connections. If additional connections are required beyond 3, please reach out to us at contact@vixeotv.com. We recommend starting with one or two and adding additional later if needed.
Duration - We offer 1, 3 or 6 month plans.
Payment Methods - We offer PayPal and Credit Card on our website. For Canadian Customers who prefer Interac E-Transfer, transfers can be sent to vixmedia@proton.me, do not include any text in the transfer message. If sending via E-Transfer, please also send us an email to contact@vixeotv.com with your:
1. Full Name
2. Email
3. Phone
4. City/Province
5. Internet Service Provider (i.e., Bell, Spectrum)
6. Name of person who referred you, leave blank if N/A

Step 3 - Check Email
Once you've purchased your pricing plan through our website or Interac E-Transfer/email, be sure to check your email for your confirmation and login information. Your email will come from contact@vixeotv.com. If you did not receive your email, please check your junk/spam folder. You'll need this email to begin streaming. Please allow between 1-12 hours to receive your login and activation information.
Step 4 - Install VixeoTV
Depending on how many connections you purchased, you'll need to download and install the application(s) on your compatible device(s). Follow step-by-step with our self-paced installation guides:
